Urkerdag is a local holiday that takes place every year on the former island of Urk. It serves to celebrate and keep alive the local culture, folklore and costume of the fishing village. Over the years, the festival has become a phenomenon in itself where not only the costume is worn and celebrated, but where older Urk crafts and customs are looked back on.

Saturday 14 June 2025
Brocante Summer Market on the former island in the Zuiderzee with the old, picturesque centre of Urk. A market where you can buy all kinds of gadgets in the categories Brocante, Antiques, Lifestyle & Cosy Living. Enjoy a lovely stroll through the old village on Urk with nice restaurants and a beautiful harbour with a historical past.

Aaltjesdagen on 13 to 15 June 2025 is the largest FREE event in Harderwijk. A whole weekend long the traditional opening of the tourist season. There is an extensive and varied fishing festival with a wide range of activities for both young and old. There is a food festival on the water, salsa party, fair, music, botters in the harbour in combination with a Fishing Day, children's play paradise, art market and (water) sports.

Wednesdays: July 24 and 31, August 7, 14 and 21.
This year you can once again go on a bargain hunt during the pleasant Vestingdagen that are held annually in WinkelVesting Elburg. During the Fortress Days there is much to see, do, taste and experience. Everywhere there are stalls with offers where you can look back. There will be a merry-go-round and a puppet show at the egg market (near Rosas). For the children there is a rug market.
In the evening from 8 p.m. there will be music from the bandstand on the Vischmarkt. In short, something for everyone.

Thursdays: July 24, an 31, August 7, 14 and 21 
Kamper Ui (t) days the annual fair on Thursday, which again attracts tens of thousands of visitors to Kampen for the 47th time. Special bargains - from clothing to art - are displayed throughout the city center. Of course you can also enjoy tasty snacks in many places. Enjoy cozy live music on the terraces. The fair with a different theme every week lasts from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the evenings it is still pleasant with live music on the various terraces. So come to Kampen for a fun day out with the whole family!

Saturdays: 12 and 19 July, 23 and 30 August.
For years Saturdays in July and August have been dominated by live music and fun at the Markt in Harderwijk. Every Saturday has a different theme, so every Saturday a different band creates the right atmosphere. From 4 pm you can enjoy a relaxed tune, sing along on the latest hits and be seduced into swinging dance moves. An ideal evening to meet old acquaintances and get carried away by the beats while enjoying a snack and a drink.

From Thursday 7 to Saturday 9 August
Dronten is once again full of festivities during the Meerpaaldagen. The program includes a fair, workshops, family day, senior day, children's activities, Drontens Got Talent and the JMC street festival. Lots of live music every evening with many famous artists.

Op de Open Monumenten/Botterdagen op 11, 12 en 13 september 2025 gaat de Elburger haven terug in de tijd. Moderne schepen maken plaats voor bijna de gehele bottervloot uit Nederland.
Op donderdagavond varen de schepen feestelijk de haven binnen tijdens de vlootschouw, begeleid door muziekkorpsen. Vrijdag staat in het teken van de Elburger Botterbedrijvenwedstrijd, waarbij de botters 's ochtends richting Harderwijk vertrekken en 's middags strijden om de winst op het water tussen Harderwijk en Elburg. Op zaterdag is er volop activiteit in de haven: bezoekers kunnen meevaren op een botter, een kijkje nemen in het Botter Museum en Werf ‘de Hellege’, of genieten van de gezellige markt, waar paling en zalm worden gerookt.
